It is truly an honor to serve as the Principal of Beaty Early Childhood School. I am excited to begin this new chapter alongside our students, families, and staff and to continue building a school community where every child feels known, valued, and supported.

I have proudly served Plano ISD for 30 years, beginning my career as a teacher and later serving in roles as a counselor and assistant principal. These experiences have shaped my belief that strong relationships, collaboration, and a shared commitment to students are at the heart of a successful school community.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Dallas and hold master’s degrees in School Counseling and Educational Leadership. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to grow alongside the students, families, and educators who make Plano ISD such a special place to serve.

Beyond my professional role, family is at the heart of who I am. My husband and I have been married for 30 years, and we are proud parents of two children. Our daughter is 24 and our son is 20, and both are proud graduates of Plano West Senior High School.

As we begin this new academic year, I look forward to building meaningful relationships throughout the Beaty community. I believe that open communication, collaboration, and trust are essential to our shared success. I am committed to fostering an environment where every student, family, and staff member feels welcomed, respected, valued, and supported.

Together, we can ensure that Beaty Early Childhood School continues to be a place where students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
